The letters were mailed on 4-26-90 . A listing is attached. We asked them to respond by 5-20-90. I had only one response from an owner who is presently serviced by well. Her lot ( 5975-000-006-0202 ) is located at the far southeast corner from the dump. We had no other responses and one letter came back, the Treasurer ' s address not being correct and we could not obtain correct information. We have declined to offer service the far owner who is serviced by well. I have checked with the WUTC and the agency requires no permits of any kind for water associations who have less than 100 members or for whom charges will exceed $25. 00 monthly per customer. I do not anticipate water charges exceeding $25,.00/lot. The WUTC advises me that a Department of Revenue Tax Account number is necessary for tax on water purveyors . We will make application for that number. We are advised that codes require no fire hydrants in the vicinity in an area of larger tract zoning. I enclose a draft copy of the Association Water Memorandum Agreement. The original will be submitted to the City,. subject to changes the City may require. Request is hereby made for water service from the City of Everett to service the three lots designated as tax parcel numbers 362906-1 -008-0009, 362906-1 -020-0003 and 362906-1 -011 -0004.
