• <br /> CCQDPY 410 <br /> City <br /> of <br /> October 1, 1990 <br /> everett <br /> Alan Butterfield <br /> 821 Highway 9 Box B-3 <br /> • Lake Stevens, WA 98258 <br /> Subject: Water Service to Stanley/Salmon Parcels (Combs Mill Water System) . <br /> Dear Mr. Butterfield: <br /> City staff, at the City of Everett, are restricted to servicing parcels from <br /> the water transmission pipelines by ordinance No. 1374-87 (see attachment) . <br /> The ordinance identifies several conditions that proponents, must comply with <br /> to get water service from these pipelines. <br /> As identified in my letter dated 6-8-90, City Council will provide the <br /> proposed Combs Mill water system with a service tap provided that you've <br /> exhausted all the existing service possibilities, continue to pursue <br /> additional customers and comply with the other conditions of ordinance No. <br /> 1374-87. Earlier we discussed the possibility of PUD being able to serve this <br /> new system.
