We <br /> have furnished to you the letter from the PUD--it has no plans <br /> for water service to this vicinity in the forseeable future. <br /> The condition you have imposed that the applicant exhaust <br /> PUD water availability was not imposed by the Council. In <br /> any event we believe that the same has been complied with. <br /> Please furnish the requested water availability letter as <br /> requested by the Health District.
