•
SNOHOMISH COUNTY
JUL 1 3 1990
UTILITl2320 California , Evf?SetPWashington 98201 258-8211
PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT No.1 Mailing Address; P. O. Box 1107, Everett, Washington 98206
July 10, 1990
Snohomish Health District
Sanitation Division
Snohomish County Court House
Everett, Washington 98205
'RE: Water Availability to Tax Account Nos. 36-29-06-1-020-0003
36-29-06-1-008-0009
36-29-06-1-011-0004
The subject property has been preliminarily identified in the
Coordinated Water System planning process as not being in the District 's or
any other water system' s service area. The District is willing to consider
serving the area under its Satellite Water System Program provided a new water
system is constructed to District standards. The new water system would be
operated and maintained by the District as a satellite system. The
availability of public water to the subject property is dependent on the
owner/developer constructing the new water system.
The District currently has standards for urban/suburban, fire flow
systems and is in the process of developing standards for rural, non-fire flow
systems. We do not anticipate the rural standards being finalized until after
the Coordinated Water System Plan's design standards have been approved. In
the meantime we will treat each request for water service in rural areas on a
case by case basis.
Very truly yours,
Ron Moir
Water Superintendent
cc: Dave Demerest
Tom Thetford
3 l.
