The District shall have the right, after ten (10) days prior written notice, to <br /> terminate water service to said property should the owners, successors, or assigns fail to <br /> comply with any of the terms and conditions of this agreement. <br /> 8. This Agreement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding upon <br /> all parties and their heirs, successors and assigns forever. <br /> 9.
