• • <br /> Mr. Stanley will appear in person on the 24th of January for <br /> presentation of his request that the City furnish water to <br /> his two lots and to the lot owned by Salmon. In view of the <br /> previous water service to the Stanley lot and in view of the <br /> possible contamination from the nearby closed dumping facility, <br /> he does respectfully request that the City provide water <br /> service. <br /> The City has recently provided water service to a lot immediately <br /> north of the Stanley lot. I am advised that that service was <br /> allowed because that lot had been served by the City in prior <br /> years, but that there was a discontinuance of service in an <br /> intervening period. I was advised by Mr. Thetfold of the <br /> City Water Department that Mr. Staileys lot was served off of the <br /> raw water line that has been now discontinued. For that <br /> reason the exception given the lot to the north was denied to <br /> Mr. Stanley.
