The comments below must be addressed before a permit can be issued. These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments including Public Works, Planning, and Fire. Code citations provided in the following comments reference the Everett Municipal Code (EMC), 2015 International Residential Code (IRC), 2015 International Building Code (IBC), and the residential provisions of the 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). Amendments to the building codes by the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) are identified. Citations provided in the comments reference the IRC unless noted otherwise. In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation should be submitted to Permit Services for review: a. Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. c. Two copies of supplemental structural calculations. Submittal documents should contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project for compliance with the building codes. Upon submittal of the revised documents, your application will be given priority and the review will recommence. General 1. The "Codes and Specifications" section of the notes on Sheet A1.01-A specify several documents that are not correct. The following documents should be revised: a.
