Multiple <br />comments have not been completely addressed and require additional action before a permit can <br />be issued. The comments are itemized for consistency with the previous review letter. Additional <br />comments are being provided based on a review of the submitted construction drawings. These <br />comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br />departments including Public Works, Planning, and Fire. <br />Code citations provided in the following comments reference the Everett Municipal Code (EMC), <br />2015 International Residential Code (IRC), 2015 International Building Code (IBC), and the <br />residential provisions of the 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). Amendments to the <br />building codes by the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) are identified. Citations provided in <br />the comments reference the IRC unless noted otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation should be <br />submitted to Permit Services for review: <br />a. Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. <br />b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. <br />c. Two copies of supplemental structural calculations. <br />Submittal documents should contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br />for compliance with the building codes. Note that the itemized review letter included with the <br />resubmittal documents did not provide adequate responses to clearly address multiple comments. <br />A letter should be provided as required per Item (a) below to clearly indicate how each comment <br />has been addressed. Upon submittal of the revised documents, your application will be given <br />priority and the review will recommence. <br />Pa=of4 <br />
