1. PROJECT OVERVIEW
This document is intended to provide the engineering information necessary to support the
building permit application fora new SFR and paved driveway in the City'of Everett. The'
site .coven's O.422.;acres.:, The..existfng. site is..currently..developed with a paved driveway and
garage (that has been: removed). The proposed disturbance area will cover the entire site
(0.42 acres). The proposed SFR will be set approximately 5 feet from the eastern property
line and 25 feet from the southern. property line. Access to the new SFR will be from the '
proposed .paved driveway which will take _access from the existing roadway to the west
(Baker Drive).
The parcel is currently partially developed and is surrounded by developed parcels. The
slope of the site in the area of the proposed SFR and driveway is moderate and averages
approximately 7'percent down to the northwest.
This development proposes to construct a new SFR and driveway taking access from Baker
Drive. The total new plus replaced impervious surfaces equal 7,608 sf ' (0.17 acres).
Therefore, Minimum Requirements 1-9 apply to all of the new and replaced impervious
surfaces for this project along with all the converted .vegetated areas.
Roof runoff from the SFR will be partially infiltrated via infiltration trenches and partially
tightlined via a perforated stub out connection. The runoff from the proposed driveway
surface will be dispersed via sheet flow. All drainage improvements have been. designed to
meet or exceed the 2019 DOE Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington
(SWMMWW).
The project location is 47XX Baker Dr, in the City of Everett, ;and in Section 34, Township
29N, Range 4E. See Figure.1 -Vicinity Map.
Dhaliwal SFR 19-1208
December 2020 -
Revised: -January"2021 Page 3
