Once your team has made the necessary revisions to the civil plans, <br /> please submit two sets of full size plans affixed with a completed transmittal sheet(attached)to our upstairs lobby drop <br /> box. We have instructions for resubmittal on our website at everettwa.gov/permits. We will be able to process your <br /> permit for issuance upon resubmittal. <br /> We will condition the Public Works permit in such a way that an Annual Right-of-Way Use Permit will be required prior <br /> to permit final (construction final) and will start as soon as the improvements are completed and ready for use.
