PROPERTY DESCRIPTION 2.1 Property Location The Stephens Property is an assemblage of three (3) parcels in the southeast quadrant of the 100th Street SW and 23rd Avenue W intersection in Everett, Washington. It is bordered on the north by 100th Street SW, and on the west by 23rd Avenue W. The Site is bordered on the east and south by single-family residences. The assemblage is currently undeveloped and forested with native vegetation.
