Aaron Ellig has a Bachelor's Degree <br />in Environmental Science from Western Washington University. He has 5 years of <br />experience in vegetation management and restoration ecology with 3 years of <br />experience working with wetland mitigation and monitoring. <br />CHAPTER 2. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION <br />2.1 Property Location <br />The Stephens Property is an assemblage of three (3) parcels in the southeast quadrant <br />of the 100th Street SW and 23rd Avenue W intersection in Everett, Washington. The <br />Snohomish County Tax Parcel numbers for the Site are 00538200004300, <br />00538200004400, and 00538200004500. It is bordered on the <br />north by 100th Street SW, and on the west by 23rd Avenue W. The Site is bordered on <br />the east and south by single-family residences. The assemblage is currently <br />undeveloped and forested with native vegetation.
