The ramps need to <br />match the full sidewalk width at the property line and I would prefer that they maintain that <br />width but they can narrow down to a minimum of 4 feet where where they reach the <br />existing shoulder grade if it makes sense based on site topography. The max allowable <br />grade is 8.3% along the entire length of the ramp. They don't need to have an engineer <br />design the asphalt ramps as a detail in the plans but they need to call out the ramp specifics I <br />outlined above on the frontage improvement pages of the plans. <br />Michael 0 <br />
