From: Michael Brick <MBrick@everettwa.gov>
Sent: Monday, June 22, 2020 2:33 PM
To: Benyam Stephanos <BStephanos@everettwa.gov>
Cc: Sabrina Fandler <SFandler@everettwa.gov>
Subject: Re: 2202 100th Street S.W.(PW2004-012)
Benyam,
You did give me a set of plans and I went through them and everything looks OK except the required
accessible asphalt ramps to get the sidewalk back to road grade that are technically off their frontage. I'll go
back through the plans this afternoon and see if I missed that detail and confirm my comments before the end
of the day.
My family and I are all doing OK. The kids are excited that school is officially over for the summer (which I
think if funny since they've been home since March anyway) and we're making plans to go camping next
month if we can. Chelsey's work is still on furlough (she works on a mobile spay station and it's hard to figure
out social distancing when your work area is an RV turned into an operating room) so she's home full time
which has been good for the kids but she's going a little stir crazy. How are you doing?
Michael
From: Benyam Stephanos <BStephanos@everettwa.gov>
Sent: Monday, June 22, 2020 2:23 PM
To: Michael Brick <MBrick@eve rettwa.gov>
Cc: Sabrina Fandler <SFandler@everettwa.gov>
Subject: Re: 2202 100th Street S.W.(PW2004-012)
Hi! Michael
How are you? I thought I put the drawings on your desk did you review them? There are
Some details/drawings but I want you to see them they are a little not clear but see if they are ok.
If you don't have the drawings I will be coming tomorrow so I can get you a copy.
Thank you
Benyam
From: Michael Brick <MBrick@everettwa.gov>
Sent: Monday, June 22, 2020 7:28 AM
To: Benyam Stephanos <BStephanos@everettwa.gov>
Cc: Sabrina Fandler <SFandler@everettwa.gov>
Subject: Re: 2202 100th Street S.W.(PW2004-012)
Benyam,
I need to see details in the plans for the temporary transition ramps at the east and south ends of the sidewalk
improvements to bring pedestrians back down to grade where the sidewalk ends - if those details are included
somewhere that I missed in the plan set I have no other comments on the plans. I accept the traffic study as
submitted. This project will owe $19,200 in traffic mitigation fees if permits are issued this year.
