ORDINANCE NO. <br />EVERETT <br />WASH I NGTON <br />An Ordinance creating a special construction project entitled "Clark Park Gazebo Renovation", Fund <br />354, Program 078, to accumulate costs for the project in the amount of $30,000. <br />WHEREAS, <br />A. The City Council recognizes the need to maintain City facilities. <br />B. The City has identified deficiencies with the Clark Park Gazebo which requires repairs and <br />upgrades. <br />C. The City understands the importance and significance the Bayside neighborhood places on the <br />Gazebo as a centerpiece of Clark Park and the need for its continued care. <br />D. The City Council recognizes the need to renovate and repair the Clark Park Gazebo located at 2400 <br />Lombard Avenue, Everett WA 98201. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br />Section 1. A special construction fund is hereby established as Fund 354, Program 078, Clark Park Gazebo <br />Renovation and shall be entitled "Clark Park Gazebo Renovation" to accumulate costs for the project. <br />Section 2. Authorization is hereby granted to the Parks & Facilities Director under the administration of <br />the Mayor, to assume full responsibility for conducting all tasks and performing all necessary steps to <br />accomplish the actions authorized by this Ordinance. <br />Section 3. The cost of the design of this project is $30,000 not including costs related to construction. <br />Section4: The sum of $30,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 354 Program 078, Clark Park Gazebo <br />Renovation Project Fund. <br />A.
