IV. CLAIMS ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES <br />(a) CorVel shall provide reasonable and customary administrative services as required <br />and appropriate for First and Third Party claims administration services on behalf of <br />the Customer. <br />(b) CorVel shall enter all new claims and tail claims into the RIMS system and provide <br />to the Customer a Monthly Status Report for the term of this Agreement. <br />(i) The Monthly Status Report shall be provided within thirty (30) days of the <br />close of each calendar month; <br />(ii) The Monthly Status Report shall indicate the status of each reported claim <br />assigned to CorVel, the details of each claim, the outstanding reserves for <br />each claim, and the details of all claim payments during the month; <br />(iii) CorVel shall, upon written and reasonable request from the Customer, add <br />additional reporting categories to the Monthly Status Report. <br />(c) CorVel shall periodically review and adjust reserves on all open claims. <br />(d) CorVel will set up the appropriate Trust account to process claim payments suggested <br />in the client instructions. <br />City of Everett, WA — CorVel EC Amendment 3 7-25-2022 <br />
