Human Needs funds run a Program Year that is consistent with the City's <br />fiscal year, January 1— December 31. Annual Priorities and Award Recommendations are <br />established through a public hearing held by the Citizen Advisory Committee and enacted <br />through City Council action in the form of a Resolution. <br />On August 16, 2022, the Citizen Advisory Committee held a public hearing and established <br />priority needs for the 2023 Program Year. <br />A council briefing is scheduled for September 21, 2022. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Approve Resolution concerning 2023 Human Needs Priorities on September 28, 2022. <br />
