t City of Everett 00 21 13 - 1 Water Filter Plant Emergency Generator Replacement WO#3587 SECTION 00 21 13 - INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS 1-00 INTRODUCTORY MATTERS General Description and Location of Project The Work to be performed will include furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform all Work as required by the Contract in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Project is located at 6133 Lake Chaplain Road, Monroe, WA 98272. Two pre-bid meetings will be held to discuss the project. See Pre-Bid Meeting (Section 00 25 13). Attendance of at least one of the pre-bid meetings is mandatory for all prospective bidders. A Bid received from a Bidder who did not attend one pre-bid meeting and sign the sign-in sheet will be found not responsible and the bid will be rejected. The City may require the Bidder to submit documentation demonstrating compliance with the criteria under this 1-02.1(1). The Bidder must: 1. Registration. Have a current certificate of registration as a contractor in compliance with chapter 18.27 RCW, which must have been in effect at the time of Bid submittal; and 2. UBI.
