The Contractor shall assume full responsibility for protection and safekeeping of products under this Contract. ' B. The Contractor shall obtain and pay for use of any additional parking, storage or work areas needed for his/her operations. C. The Contractor shall limit the construction activities to the areas indicated on the Drawings. D. Construction Plan: Before the start of construction, provide a construction plan regarding access to Work, use of Site, proposed laydown areas and utility outages for acceptance by the City. After acceptance of the plan, construction I operations shall comply with the accepted plan unless deviations are accepted by the City in writing. 1.3 WORK HOURS A. Contractor will be required to provide a project schedule that clearly defines each 1 phase of work and the work hours associated with each phase. B. The Work site is available from 6:00 AM — 6:00 PM during the work week (M-F) I excluding City observed holidays unless otherwise approved by the City's Project Manager. Any additional or alternate work hours will require advance approval and coordination with the City's Project Manager. C. The Water Filter Plant (WFP) is operated 24/7 and access to the work area must be available to plant staff during the project. The Contractor will have access to Location 1, Location 2, Operations Building and other areas noted on the Plans to perform the Work. Contractor will not be permitted access to buildings or other treatment facilities within the WFP boundary unless required as a part of the Work. 1.4 WORK SEQUENCE A.
