TASK 1.1 - PROJECT MANAGEMENT/CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION FOR RIVERFRONT (PROJECT NUMBER 22-07824-000) Tyson Wright is Herrera's project manager assignment for this project. Eric Evans is Riverfront's project representative for this project. Herrera's project manager will be responsible for ongoing administration of the project, including preparing invoices and progress updates, as well as coordination of work efforts with Riverfront. Herrera's project manager will have phone and e-mail contact with the Client on an as-needed basis. Deliverables Monthly invoices to Riverfront. TASK 2.0 - EXISTING PERIMETER AND BOULEVARD SYSTEMS FOR THE CITY (PROJECT NUMBER 22-07824-100) The City has responsibility for O&M of the existing perimeter and Riverfront Boulevard systems. City personnel will gather data and Herrera will provide data review, and system performance evaluations for these systems through site visits and data analyzation. Herrera will provide technical oversight as needed and requested by the City. Site visits will include the review of control settings, review of operational records, surface air monitoring events and review of the operational practices. Herrera will also make recommendations of system operations and maintenance needs and provide support to complete the maintenance as needed. Herrera will not be providing any maintenance or repair services for the City under this contract. With respect to maintenance/repairs, Herrera will provide support services as stated in this Scope of Work as necessary for the City or its contractors to undertake maintenance/repairs. Herrera may also design modifications to the Landfill Gas System that are needed to ensure proper operation of the City's system components. Herrera will provide site visits, as requested, for related system observation, sampling, and monitoring. O&M activities and frequency for the Existing City systems are detailed in Table 1. 3
