Cleanup Action Plan (CAP)/Consent Decree (CD). Subject to the specifics in the Tasks <br /> specified below, maintenance/maintenance support as part of the O&M will be defined <br /> as the tasks related to ensuring the LFG control and monitoring elements throughout the <br /> Site and Buildings, i.e. the valves and detectors, remain in proper working condition. <br /> • Operate the System as one comprehensive system, balancing the vacuum throughout <br /> the System, and ensuring its compliance with the CAP/CD. <br /> • Report the results of monitoring to the City and Riverfront and, as when directed by both <br /> the City and Riverfront, to Ecology on behalf of and subject to those Parties' oversight. <br /> • Operate the System for the benefit of both the City and Riverfront consistent with best <br /> practices and according to the standard of care in the industry; the Contractor shall be <br /> responsible for guaranteeing operations and providing routine reporting to both <br /> Riverfront and the City as required. <br /> • Provide warranties mutually acceptable to City and Riverfront warranting any equipment <br /> and systems installed by Herrera to the City and Riverfront. <br /> • Take direction from the City or Riverfront, as appropriate, for specific tasks. <br /> This scope of work includes a discussion of the activities, assumptions, deliverables, and a <br /> schedule associated with this project. The project duration for this initial contract is 60 months. <br /> TASK 1.0 - PROJECT MANAGEMENT/CONTRACT <br /> ADMINISTRATION FOR THE CITY (PROJECT <br /> NUMBER 22-07824-100) <br /> Tyson Wright is Herrera's project manager assignment for this project. Randy Loveless is the <br /> project manager for the City. <br /> Herrera's project manager will be responsible for ongoing administration of the project, <br /> including preparing invoices and progress updates, as well as coordination of work efforts with <br /> the City. Herrera's project manager will have phone and e-mail contact with the Client on an as- <br /> needed basis. <br /> Deliverables <br /> Monthly invoices to the City. <br /> 2 <br />
