Cleanup Action Plan (CAP)/Consent Decree (CD). Subject to the specifics in the Tasks specified below, maintenance/maintenance support as part of the O&M will be defined as the tasks related to ensuring the LFG control and monitoring elements throughout the Site and Buildings, i.e. the valves and detectors, remain in proper working condition. • Operate the System as one comprehensive system, balancing the vacuum throughout the System, and ensuring its compliance with the CAP/CD. • Report the results of monitoring to the City and Riverfront and, as when directed by both the City and Riverfront, to Ecology on behalf of and subject to those Parties' oversight. • Operate the System for the benefit of both the City and Riverfront consistent with best practices and according to the standard of care in the industry; the Contractor shall be responsible for guaranteeing operations and providing routine reporting to both Riverfront and the City as required. • Provide warranties mutually acceptable to City and Riverfront warranting any equipment and systems installed by Herrera to the City and Riverfront. • Take direction from the City or Riverfront, as appropriate, for specific tasks. This scope of work includes a discussion of the activities, assumptions, deliverables, and a schedule associated with this project. The project duration for this initial contract is 60 months. TASK 1.0 - PROJECT MANAGEMENT/CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION FOR THE CITY (PROJECT NUMBER 22-07824-100) Tyson Wright is Herrera's project manager assignment for this project. Randy Loveless is the project manager for the City. Herrera's project manager will be responsible for ongoing administration of the project, including preparing invoices and progress updates, as well as coordination of work efforts with the City. Herrera's project manager will have phone and e-mail contact with the Client on an as- needed basis. Deliverables Monthly invoices to the City. 2
