contingency, Herrera will rent a SEM5000 Portable Methane Detector and assist with surface air monitoring for one of the quarters. • No groundwater monitoring is included under this contract. • No maintenance/repair services for the City are included under this contract. Deliverables Monthly Summary Reports of LFG Data from the collection system and quarterly summary of the probe and surface monitoring data collected by the City. Reports to highlight abnormal readings and suggested operational changes to mitigate abnormal readings. An Annual Report prepared by Herrera that includes the monthly and quarterly reports which will be sent to Ecology. Copies of these reports will be delivered to CLIENT prior to being sent to Ecology. LFG Composition and Loading Analysis Reports for four sampling events that occur with the development phases. Design modification memorandums as required. TASK 3.0 -SITE SYSTEMS FOR THE CITY (PROJECT NUMBER 22-07824-100) The City has responsibility for O&M of the Site's LFG collection system on Riverfront's property excluding the Buildings, beneath the Buildings, and portions of the low permeability barrier that Riverfront paid to install. The City's Site LFG responsibilities include: the LFG sub headers, laterals, collectors, condensate drops and condensate force mains (designed and constructed by Riverfront but dedicated to the City). Herrera will provide operation and maintenance support services related to these site systems in a similar format as for Task 2.0. Herrera will not be providing any maintenance or repair services for the City under this contract. With respect to maintenance/repairs, Herrera will provide support services as stated in this Scope of Work as necessary for the City or its contractors to undertake maintenance/repairs. Herrera will provide O&M for the Site's LFG systems. O&M activities and frequency for the Site is detailed in Table 2. 5
