Site LFG Systems O&M Requirements. <br /> O&M Component O&M Activity Frequency <br /> Test pump operation and discharge by switching <br /> pump to"Hand"operation and observing the <br /> Condensate Drop Pump System liquid level indicator on the panel to verify proper Monthly <br /> operation. <br /> Pull and inspect pumps for damage/wear per <br /> Condensate Drop Pumps manufacturer's recommendation or when Quarterly <br /> suspected problem is encountered. <br /> Condensate Drop Telemetry Record pump on/off counts and run times. Monthly <br /> Panel <br /> C&M Valves Inspect Valves. Inspect and exercise each valve. Quarterly <br /> Isolation Valves Exercise each valve. Quarterly <br /> With a handheld sensor,collect LFG <br /> LFG Conveyance System concentrations,vacuum pressures, and flow data Monthly <br /> Monitoring at C&M Valves. Note valve positions on C&M <br /> Valves. <br /> Herrera may also design modifications to the Site LFG System that are needed to ensure <br /> proper operation of the City's system components. Herrera will provide site visits, as <br /> requested, for related system observation, sampling, and monitoring. Herrera will <br /> provide technical oversight as needed and requested by the City. <br /> Assumptions <br /> • Site O&M activities detailed in Table 2 will be performed by the City and Herrera and will <br /> begin when the Site system is online which is anticipated for July of 2023. <br /> • The City will collect the LFG Data monthly and additionally as needed using a GEM5000 <br /> LEG Portable Analyzer. <br /> • The LFG data from the Site will be saved with the data from Task 2.0. Monthly, Quarterly, <br /> and Annual Summary Reports of all Task 2.0 and 3.0 data will be prepared as part of Task <br /> 2.0. <br /> • Up to 24 hours of design modification assistance. Effort in excess of 24 hours will be <br /> processed through a change order. <br /> • Design modification memorandums as required. <br /> • No maintenance/repair services for the City are included under this contract. <br /> Deliverables <br /> Field inspection reports. <br /> 6 <br />
