SUBTASK 4.2 — SITE SURFACE MONITORING FOR <br /> RIVERFRONT (PROJECT NUMBER 22- <br /> 07824-000) <br /> Riverfront has responsibility for the low permeability barrier that it paid to install, including its <br /> extent beyond the footprint of the Buildings. Herrera will provide the monitoring and inspection <br /> related to the low permeability barrier system performance as part of and in addition to the <br /> O&M activities and requirements for Riverfront detailed in Table 3. <br /> O&M activities and maintenance frequency for the low permeability barrier system are detailed <br /> in Table 4. <br /> Table 4. Site surface air monitoring <br /> will begin when Buildings A and B are online which is anticipated for the third quarter of <br /> 2023. <br /> • A SEM 5000 unit, provided by Riverfront, will be used for all surface monitoring events, <br /> logging methane concentration readings in 5-second increments. Data will be saved in <br /> EXCEL format. <br /> • Buildings A and B are assumed to come online at close enough dates in 2023 that Site <br /> surface monitoring for the 2-week intervals during the first 3 months will occur at the <br /> same time as surface monitoring for both Buildings. <br /> • The surface monitoring data for the Site will be saved with the data from Task 2.0. <br /> Quarterly and Annual Summary Reports of all Task 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, and 4.2 data will be <br /> prepared as part of Task 2.0. <br /> Deliverables <br /> Surface monitoring summary memo after each monitoring event. <br /> 10 <br />
