A multi-modal assessment will be conducted that will evaluate the concepts' effect on existing and <br /> planned pedestrian, bicycle, and general facilities, including traffic and safety conditions. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • A travel demand forecast will not be conducted for this study as the concepts considered as part <br /> of this study will not influence the future traffic forecasts. The future forecast will be derived <br /> from growth rates readily available from the Snohomish County demand model or as agreed to <br /> with the City. <br /> • The safety assessment will not utilize any safety software programs but will rely upon national <br /> guidance from the Highway Safety Manual. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Draft and final Traffic and safety analysis results and, where applicable, analysis files <br /> 6) Outreach Support <br /> Scope: <br /> The Consultant will support the City in preparing and conducting up to four(4) project briefings <br /> (including preparing presentation material)for interested stakeholders and community members. Up to <br /> three (3) Consultant staff will attend the stakeholder/community briefings. <br /> The Consultant will support the City in conducting individual interviews with up to ten (10)stakeholders. <br /> The Consultant will prepare questions and meeting summaries of those interviews. Up to two (2) <br /> consulting team members would attend these stakeholder interviews. <br /> The Consultant will support the City and prepare up to two (2) City Council/transportation advisory <br /> presentations for the City to present. Up to two (2) consulting team members would attend the City <br /> Council presentations. <br /> It is assumed presentations would be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint and graphics would be done <br /> in Adobe illustrator or a similar software program. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • List of stakeholders would be developed by the City of Everett <br /> • Presentations would be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint and graphics would be done in <br /> • Adobe illustrator or a similar software program. <br /> • Meetings would be conducted virtually using MS Teams or an equivalent software <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Draft and Final Stakeholder/Community briefings and City Council presentation materials <br /> • Meeting Summaries <br />
