7) Report Documentation <br /> Scope: <br /> The Consultant will prepare a draft and final 41st Street Rucker Avenue Corridor Phase 2- Design <br /> Alternatives report documenting the study process, analysis, and findings. Up to two (2) electronic draft <br /> study findings reports and one (1)final report will be prepared. Documents prepared during the study <br /> process will be attached to the report as appendices. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • The draft study reports are assumed to be reviewed by City staff only. <br /> • Comments will be addressed within the Word file. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Up to one(1) Draft and one (1) Final 41st Street Rucker Freight Study report <br /> 8) Management Reserve <br /> Scope: <br /> A management reserve is established to address the potential for additional work outside of the initially <br /> defined scope of services. Any use of the management reserve (MR)will be on a per task basis <br /> individually authorized by the City's project manager. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • The use of the MR may or may not be exercised at the discretion of the City's Project Manager <br /> • Consultant will prepare an estimate based on a MR task request <br /> • City will authorize the task by a task order under the MR prior to work <br /> • Work accomplished under the MR will be tracked on an individual sub task basis under Task 8 <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Per the individually authorized MR subtasks <br />
