Good morning!
Laura asked me to respond to your email, as know more about the repair status than she does.
I eliminated,(not capped,)the 220V circuit for the top story stove entirely,when I completed the
electrical update. That work was permitted, and signed off after the work was done.
Our goal is to remove the incorrect description of the property as an illegal duplex. There is no stove in
the top story, and no circuitry for a stove. There's no second kitchen;the home is not a duplex.
Please arrange to change the status of this property back to single family residence.
Dean Workman
360.320.1513
Forwarded Message
Subject:FW:W2002-010 4202 TERRACE DR
Date:Mon,25 Jul 2022 13:26:50-0700
From:Laura Workman<lauraPglimmercroft.com>
Reply-To:lauraPglimmercroft.com
To:Dean Workman <Dean@nwparadise.com>
Laura Workman
www.cilimmercroft.corn
425-870-5586
From:Cindy Bergsma<CBergsmaPeverettwa.gov>
Sent: Friday,July 22, 2022 6:48 AM
To: laura@Rlimmercroft.com
Subject:W2002-010 4202 TERRACE DR
Hello Laura,
I researched the file and found that you do need a building permit. We will need (2)sets of plans and a
building permit application. On the plans it needs to show what was removed.
You will need sub permits for electrical for eliminating the 220 wire and any other electrical work done,
a plumbin&permit for the sink that was taken out and any other fixtures. Please see below for
hyperlinks to guide you.
The plans need to clearly depict the extent of the work proposed (or completed without permits)as well
as address the code deficiencies found within the structure. Regardless of whether the decision is to
remove or keep the un-permitted work, the construction plans need to show (at a minimum):
4 I 5
