1. What the existing structure looked like prior to the alterations completed without permits. 2. What the structure's current condition looks like. 3. What has been altered and how it meets current code requirements. Include all un-permitted alterations to the property/structure and/or any proposed construction necessary to bring the property/structure into code compliance. Plans also need to reflect compliance with the Land Use and Zoning requirements in the Everett Municipal Code.The plans will be reviewed for compliance with the City's adopted codes in place at the time of permit submittal, not the codes in place when the work occurred. All unapproved work (including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and framing systems etc.) installed/altered without permits and inspection approval will need to be exposed. The submittal would need to be dropped off at 3200 Cedar St,2nd floor or mailed in. Building hours are 7:30am—4pm. There is a submittal bin at top of stairs.
