The four separate site locations are within Port Gardner Bay Watershed. The 2017 City of Everett Surface <br /> Water Comprehensive Plan, identifies Port Gardner Bay watershed as a priority for cleanup and restoration by the <br /> Puget Sound Initiative.These projects are linked to address a combined water quality effort within the watershed and <br /> City.The facilities at each site are described below. <br />
