This amendment will fund the first year's maintenance costs. <br />The Governmental Accounting Standards Board issued new requirements for lease reporting, which is significantly increasing the <br />complexity and work required. It was determined that a software program is needed to fulfill the new requirements effectively. The <br />cost of the software is $20,771 per year. This amendment will cover the cost of the software for three years. <br />$36,414 for grant management <br />$62,313 for lease management <br />This amendment proposes to increase Engineering's supplies budget to cover costs of repairing traffic signals damaged from two <br />separate vehicle collisions.
