Prepare planning level project cost estimates to compare conveyance options on <br /> an apples-to-apples basis: <br /> a. CS Conveyance Study option plus separate later project to replace the <br /> Aerated Cell 2 to Oxidation Pond pipes and wetland conveyance culverts. <br /> b. Aerated Cell 2 project that routes CS bypass flows to the recirculation <br /> channel and replaces the Aerated Cell 2 to Oxidation Pond pipes and <br /> wetland conveyance culverts. <br /> 2. Planning level opinion of project schedule to compare both options on an apples- <br /> to-apples basis including permitting timelines. <br /> 3. Conduct a workshop with City staff to identify the preferred project to implement <br /> focusing on the pros and cons of each option. <br /> Task 207—Alternatives Comparison Report <br /> Prepare a report documenting the work performed under Task 200. <br /> 1. Provide an overall schedule for implementation of the preferred option. <br /> 2. Provide an updated opinion of project cost for the preferred option. <br /> 3.
