Exhibit A <br /> F)� <br /> Task 100 Project Management <br /> Objective <br /> The purpose of this task is to monitor, manage and adjust scope, schedule, and budget as well <br /> as provide monthly status reporting, accounting, and invoicing. <br /> Subtask 101 — Project Control <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. Prepare a Project Management Plan (PMP or Project Guide) following a Notice to Proceed <br /> (NTP). The PMP will include the project scope, staffing plan, communications information, <br /> Quality Management Plan (QMP) and schedule. <br /> 2. Coordinate and manage the project team. <br /> 3. Subcontract with and manage project subconsultants. <br /> 4. Prepare monthly status reports describing the following: <br /> a. Services completed during the month. <br /> b. Services planned for the next month. <br /> c. Needs for additional information. <br /> d. Scope/schedule/budget issues. <br /> e. Schedule update and financial status summary. <br /> 5. Prepare monthly invoices formatted in accordance with Contract terms. <br /> 6. Hold monthly project management coordination calls via Teams with the client project <br /> manager to review project scope, schedule, and budget issues. <br /> 7. Maintain an Action Log and Decision Log. <br /> Client Responsibilities <br /> 1. Attend project management meetings. <br /> 2. Timely processing and payment of invoices. <br /> 3. Review and process project work assignment change requests and amendments, if needed. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. The anticipated project initiation is September 2022, with Notice to Proceed granted in <br /> September 2022. <br /> 2. All final deliverables will be submitted to the City by May 15, 2023. <br /> 3. One (1) virtual project management coordination call will be held per month with up to one <br /> (1) hour of HDR project manager time required for each, including preparation and <br /> attendance. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1.
