Subtask 102 — PARR/Project Reviews Objective Provide periodic internal management reviews to establish project status, and provide additional resources required within the team, and review for quality. Consultant Services 1. HDR will conduct a Project Approach and Resource Review (PARR) at project commencement. Review will be done by senior engineers not associated with the project. Additionally, HDR will conduct quarterly internal project review meetings to review progress and quality on client deliverables and will assign the resources required to meet project objectives. 2. HDR will conduct management reviews of the project at the beginning of the project and most likely quarterly to determine conformance with the project scope, schedule, and budget. Client Responsibilities 1. None. Assumptions 1. One (1) PARR meeting will be held via Cisco WebEx. Assuming up to three (3) senior engineers and project manager will attend each of the meetings. Up to two (2) hours per meeting will be required by each staff member in attendance, including preparation, attendance, follow-up, and notes. Deliverables 1. None. Subtask 103 — Quality Assurance / Quality Control Objective Implement the QMP by conducting overall quality control reviews and processes for the duration of the project. Consultant Services 1. A senior engineer, not otherwise involved in the project, will lead a quality control review of documents prior to submittal to the City. Draft and final key deliverables will be reviewed prior to submittal to the City for review. Client Responsibilities 1. None. Assumptions 1.
