Documentation of quality reviews. <br /> Task 200 Survey <br /> Objective <br /> Complete a Survey Control Baseline (Baseline) utilizing Global Navigation Satellite Systems <br /> (GNSS) receivers (using both GPS and GLONASS satellites). <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. Locate existing survey monumentation to compute the right-of-way (ROW) along the project <br /> limits. See the mapping limits figure below. <br /> 2. Complete an existing conditions survey of the site with contour intervals of 1 foot. <br /> 3. Locate top and toe of slopes and other significant features, including Ordinary High Water <br /> Mark (OHWM) and High Tide Line (HTL) along the Snohomish River based on field staking <br /> by biologists under Task 702 (during Shoreline Assessment field work). <br /> 4. Indicate all topographic features including but not limited to: <br /> a. Buildings and structures <br /> b. Fences <br /> c. Utility access points (i.e., manhole covers, storm drain grates, electrical vault lids, etc.) <br /> d. Gas valves <br /> e. Power poles <br /> f. Light standards <br /> g. Curb and gutter <br /> h. Roadways, parking areas, and sidewalks, including paving type <br /> i. Pavement markings on roads and parking lots <br /> j. Trees over 12 inches in diameter; indicate tree species and caliper <br /> k. Traffic signal boxes <br /> I. Fire hydrants and associated service lines, valves, etc. <br /> m. Water vaults, meters, and valves <br /> n. Signs and pedestrian signals, including those mounted on light standards and other <br /> types of poles; show sign type <br /> o. Parking meters <br /> p. Sidewalk ramps and driveways <br /> 5. Indicate underground utilities such as sanitary, storm, water, electrical, gas, steam, <br /> telephone, etc. <br /> a.
