Exhibit A LL
11. The budget is based on production of up to twenty-three (23) 30% design sheets:
a. Conveyance overview plan (1 sheet)
b. Preliminary Storm Plan and Profile (up to 17 sheets)
c. Detail drawings including:
i. Concept WSDOT crossing detail (1 sheet)
ii. Concept BNSF crossing detail sheet (1 sheet)
iii. Conveyance pipe connection/disconnection plan detail Sheet (1 sheet)
iv. Details miscellaneous (up to 2 sheets)
12. The 30% design estimate will be a Class 3 (-20% to +30% accuracy range) prepared per
AACE 18R-97.
13. A dewatering plan is not included in this scope of services.
14. Utility potholing is not included in this scope of services and will be part of a subsequent
work phase.
15. BNSF crossing and WSDOT permit coordination and submittals are not included in the
scope and will be part of a subsequent work phase.
16. Curb ramps (ADA and otherwise) and other ROW improvements are not included. If
required, they will be added in subsequent design phases.
Deliverables
1. Meeting agenda and summary notes (PDF)
Task 500 Stormwater Treatment Preliminary Design
Objective
Develop the preliminary design level stormwater treatment improvements based on the selected
design alternative from the Lexington and Wetmore Storm Drainage and Water Treatment
Improvements Feasibility Evaluation. The stormwater treatment preliminary design will provide
treatment and flow control as outlined in Task 600.
Consultant Services
1. Review the recent feasibility evaluation along with available treatment site and tributary
subbasins runoff database. Information review will also include City GIS database, parcel/
ROW/easement boundaries for the treatment site and adjacent drainage systems, available
surveyed and LiDAR topography, soils and prior geotechnical reports, critical areas and
potential environmental constraints, prior hydrologic and hydraulic evaluations, and utility
maps and locates.
2. Conduct project site field reconnaissance for up to four (4) staff of the project site and
tributary drainage subbasin areas including subbasin areas proposed for CSS separation.
Also review the proposed offline diversion of treatment flows to the site and existing and
proposed downstream and storm drainage systems:
Lexington Avenue Storm Drainage Improvements Preliminary Design Scope of Services
14
