Exhibit A LL <br /> FY <br /> Client Responsibilities <br /> 1. Provide available design and record drawings for existing storm drainage infrastructure in <br /> the project area. <br /> 2. Schedule City staff participation in meetings and workshops included in the scope. <br /> 3. Complete review of meeting notes and decision log within seven (7) calendar days. After <br /> this time, the notes and decision logs will be finalized and archived as part of the project <br /> record. <br /> 4. Provide reviews, as needed, with one set of consolidated (conflict resolved) comments on <br /> the draft technical memoranda within ten (10) business days of receiving draft submittal <br /> documents. <br /> 5. Secure right-of-entry on private property for the proposed treatment facility. <br /> 6. Address easements, ROW, and property acquisitions necessary for the water quality <br /> facilities. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. No stormwater pumping facilities will be required or evaluated. The conveyance and <br /> treatment design will rely on gravity drainage systems design and operation. <br /> 2. It is assumed that the selected site and treatment alternative outlined in the Lexington and <br /> Wetmore Storm Drainage and Water Treatment Improvements Feasibility Evaluation report <br /> are to be advanced for preliminary design, and additional alternative screening and concept <br /> development will not be required. <br /> 3. Utility potholing is not included in the scope. <br /> 4. Drawings will be to City of Everett standards. <br /> 5. The budget is based on production of up to twelve (12) 30% design sheets: <br /> a. General sheets including site location, drawings list, abbreviations, legends, and general <br /> notes (2 sheets) <br /> b. Existing conditions site plan (1 sheet) <br /> c. Demolition plan (1 sheet) <br /> d. Site improvements overview plan (1 sheet) <br /> e. Flow-splitter and high flow bypass plan (1 sheet) <br /> f. Pretreatment plan (1 sheet) <br /> g. Water quality treatment plan (1 sheet) <br /> h. Preliminary grading plan (1 sheets) <br /> i. Preliminary hydraulic profile through treatment system (1 sheet) <br /> j. Typical civil details (2 sheets) <br /> 6. Preliminary design of the stormwater discharge outfall is addressed in Task 600. <br /> 7.
