The treated stormwater <br /> discharge outfall preliminary design will address siting, bank and stream erosion protection, and <br /> flow discharge conditions. <br /> Subtask 610 - Snohomish River Outfall Concept Development <br /> Objective <br /> Advance the Lexington Avenue and Wetmore Avenue Storm Drainage and Water Treatment <br /> Improvements Feasibility Evaluation preliminary alternative for a new stormwater discharge <br /> outfall to the Snohomish River into a concept design. <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. Review available information for the proposed outfall location, including: <br /> a. At a minimum, City GIS database, parcel, ROW, and easement boundaries for the <br /> potential outfall site(s) <br /> b. Available bathymetric, topographical, and Lidar survey data with Snohomish River <br /> survey and mapping for a minimum of 1,300 feet (includes both upstream and <br /> downstream of the proposed outfall) <br /> c. Geotechnical investigations, critical areas, and environmental investigations <br /> d. Available Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) floodplain mapping and <br /> reports <br /> e. Existing utilities maps locates. <br /> 2. Conduct project site field reconnaissance for up to two (2) site visits with up to four (4) <br /> consultant staff in attendance.
