October 5, 2022 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., <br /> October 5, 2022, by Vice President Tuohy. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Franklin, and Council Members Fosse, <br /> Zarlingo, Vogeli, Schwab, Rhyne, and Tuohy were present. President Stonecipher <br /> was excused. <br /> Rudransh Bhattacharya, Boy Scouts of America —Troop 49, was asked to lead the <br /> Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> On behalf of the City Council, Council Member Fosse acknowledged the original <br /> inhabitants of this place, the sduhub people, and their successors, the Tulalip <br /> Tribes. <br /> The minutes of the September 28, 2022, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin had no updates. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Council Executive Angela Ely stated Council received no written comment, and <br /> there was (1) one member of the public who wished to speak: <br /> • Steve Oss, Everett resident, spoke on concerns of a potential Everett <br /> Transit and Community Transit merger. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> 1 <br />
