October 5, 2022 <br /> Council Member Vogeli stated next week is Emergency Nurses Week, an annual <br /> celebration dedicated to those who selflessly devote themselves to their patients <br /> and requested the Mayor to write a proclamation for recognition and support. <br /> Comments and liaison reports were provided by council members. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Deputy Mayor Nick Harper had no updates. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney David Hall had no updates. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, to <br /> approve the following consent item: <br /> RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7815 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in <br /> the amount of $1,827,462.02 for the period of September 17, 2022, through <br /> September 23, 2022. <br /> RESOLUTION —PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7816 authorizing payroll claims against the City of <br /> Everett in the amount of $4,478,630.36 for the period ending September 10, <br /> 2022. <br /> AGREEMENT— LEXINGTON AVENUE STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> PRELIMIARY DESIGN PROJECT <br /> 2 <br />
