October 12, 2022 <br />2 <br /> <br />COUNCIL <br /> <br />Comments and liaison reports were provided by Council Members Fosse, Rhyne, <br />Schwab, Vogeli, Zarlingo, Stonecipher, and Tuohy. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding Providence Hospital staffing and the Everett Transit <br />Consolidation Study. <br /> <br />Council Member Fosse requested the timeline on the Everett Transit <br />Consolidation Study. Lori Cummings, Administration, stated she would provide <br />that to Council. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Lori Cummings, Administration, stated the 2023 Proposed Budget is now available. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall requested a 15-minute executive session regarding a <br />litigation matter pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(i) with no announcement to follow. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, to <br />approve the following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – ELECTRONIC TRANSFER CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7818 authorizing electronic transfer claims against the <br />City of Everett in the amount of $8,150,689.22 for the period of June 1, 2022, <br />through June 30, 2022. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – ELECTRONIC TRANSFER CLAIMS
