NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> 1. That the Everett City Council grant the land use approvals for Taylor Development <br /> 100 townhouse project. The approvals include a shoreline substantial development <br /> permit(SMA13-004), binding site plan (BSP13-003) and site plan approval with <br /> zoning modification(REVII13-028) subject to compliance with the conditions as <br /> contained in the staff report as well as the following two conditions: <br /> a) The applicant shall provide school bus drop off pads on the 110th Street SE <br /> frontage and the on the 19th Ave SE frontage at the south end.
