The anticipated cost is based on historical cost. The estimated value of the contract is approximately $260,000 annually. Project summary statement: Staff are requesting City Council to authorize issuance of Request for Proposals (RFP) to receive proposals from contractors to provide landscape maintenance services. Landscaping services will be performed at thirty-two (32) different locations throughout the City of Everett. Services include lawn care and edging, leaf control and removal, weed control including annual pre- and post -emergent applications, shrub and bush trimming, shaping, tree pruning, shaping, irrigation maintenance, and mulching.
