I spoke with Cindy and she <br /> recommended reaching out to the applicant to get four copies of civil plans to route with the PW and Utility <br /> applications. I emailed Stacy,the applicant,this morning and her response is below. <br /> I am hoping for some guidance on how to respond.The scope of the PW permit is Driveway Apron/Curb Cut 12 Ft and <br /> Asphalt/Concrete Paving 10 SF.The scope of the Utility permit is New Side Sewer Installation and New Water Service <br /> Installation for SFR.Will we need full civil plans for this?She did include a third set of construction plans but those don't <br /> even include a site plan so I don't think they would be relevant to your review. <br /> Let me know how to proceed and I will provide an update to Stacy based on your thoughts. <br /> Thanks so much! <br />
