}
off of the vacant site to Narbeck Road down to W Mukilteo Blvd where there is an
existing catch basin in between the corners of Narbeck Ave. and Narbeck Rd. Drainage
appears to be to a creek to the west that flows north to the Puget Sound.
The site is located on Parcel 00417000800202. The site address is 4904 Narbeck Road.
This project will pave 3,607sf of existing brush and ivy covered lot with pavement or
roofs. The project proposes to construct a new 1,910 sf Single Family Residence
including the garage and a 1,697sf driveway, sidewalk and porch.
Section 3 Existing Site Condition
The site is currently vacant and covered with grass and ivy with some trees. The soils
are are Alderwood series (5)Till per the SCS Soil Map and a soil investigation by Cobalt
GeoSciences . There is a steep slope going down to the west of the site and the drainage
ditch of Narbeck Road. No offsite flows appear to enter the site.
Section 4 Adjacent Areas
To the north is W Muklteo Blvd and Darlington Beach. To the Southwest is Narbeck
Ave., which has drainage, curbs and gutters and slopes down to the northeast. There is a
SFR and driveway to the east which does not appear to drain any significant amount of
water onto the property. To the west is Narbeck Rd that does not drain onto the site. To
the south is a SFR that does not drain onto the property.
Section 5 Critical Areas
There are no steep slopes or landslide hazard areas on the site but there are steep slope
and landside hazard areas near the site.
Section 6 Soil
Per the SCS Soil Map and Cobalt GeoSciences Report the soils in this area are
Alderwood(5) with moderate erodibility .
Section 7 Potential Erosion Possibility
As the site is moderately to steeply sloped at 20%+/- there is some possibility of erosion.
However this is a small site with limited clearing so there should not be enough surface
water to cause any significant erosion. The silt fence, mulching exposed soil, and proper
construction methods should prevent erosion from occurring on the site.
Section 8 Construction Phasing
This is a small project and will be done in one phase.
Section 9 Construction Schedule
Construction will start this summer as soon as permits are obtained and should be
complete by this winter.
Section 10 Financial Ownership
Peter Stepanchenko will have ownership of this project.
Section 11 Engineering Calculations
Due to the small size of this project no Engineering Calculations are required
Section 12 Responsible Person
The person responsible for this project is: Peter Stepanchenko Phone:425-422-6339
peter step@comcast.net
Dr2t,
