The site is currently vacant with some ivy, trees and <br /> bush. There is a storm drainage system in the area. The site slopes down to the southeast <br /> at 20 to 40%+!-. Storm water runoff currently sheet flows off of the vacant site to <br /> Narbeck Road down to W Mukilteo Blvd where there is an existing catch basin in <br /> between the corners of Narbeck Ave. and Narbeck Rd.. The storm drain appears to drain <br /> to the creek which flows north to Puget Sound.- See attached site map. The flow will <br /> continue to flow to the northwest to the ditch along Narbeck Road as it now and a direct <br /> connection will be made to the existing drainage ditch in Narbeck Road to take care of <br /> the flow from the driveway and house. The driveway pavement will flow at a 15% slope <br /> toward Narbeck Rd.The house downspouts will drain to a 6"PVC pipe to a Type-1 catch <br /> Basin and will be connected to the existing ditch on the east side of Narbeck Raod which <br /> flows down to the existing Catch Basin along W Mukilteo Rd. in between Narbeck Rd <br /> and Narbeck Ave. <br /> The site is located on Parcel 00417000800202. The site address is 4909 Narbeck Rd. <br /> This project will pave 3,607sf of existing brush and ivy covered lot with pavement or <br /> roofs. The project proposes to construct a new 1,910 sf Single Family Residence <br /> including the garage and a 1,697sf driveway, sidewalk and porch. See site plan. <br /> Section 2 Site Assessment <br /> Per the City of Everett Storm Drainage Manual Figure 2.1,Requirements 1 through 5 will <br /> be met. <br /> Requirement#1—A storm water site plan will be provided-see attached. <br /> Requirement#2 A Site Pollution Prevention Plan is provided-see attached <br /> Requirement#3- Source control of pollutants is not required for this SFR. <br /> Requirement#4— Preserve the Natural Drainage will be complied with as the runoff will continue to flow <br /> as it does now to the north in the drainage ditch. <br /> Requirement#5—Infiltrate,Retain or Disperse stormwater runoff to the extent feasible.
