PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br /> BLANKET WAIVER OF TRANSFER OF RIGHTS <br /> OF RECOVERY AGAINST OTHERS TO US <br /> This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br /> COMMERCIAL LIABILITY UMBRELLA COVERAGE PART <br /> The Transfer Of Rights Of Recovery Against Others To Us Condition under Section IV - Conditions is <br /> amended by the addition of the following: <br /> We waive any right of recovery we may have because of payments we make for "bodily injury" or "property <br /> damage" arising out of your ongoing operations or "your work" done under a written contract requiring such <br /> waiver with that person or organization and included in the"products-completed operations hazard". <br /> However, our rights may only be waived prior to the "occurrence" giving rise to the injury or damage for which <br /> we make payment under this Coverage Part. The insured must do nothing after a loss to impair our rights.
