B. UPSTREAM ANALYSIS
During the site visit it was observed that these parcels sit on a localized highpoint for this
area. Therefore, runoff drains to the west and east off of the site with no identifiable up-
stream areas.
C. DOWNSTREAM ANALYSIS
Basin 'A': Runoff within Seahurst and the front of Lots 1 & 2 drains to the north within the
Seahurst R/W. The runoff flows in the shoulder along the edge of the roadway for
approximately 200-feet before turning west down El Charlee St. The runoff is collected by
a CB and pipe system that conveys the flows to the end of the cui-de-sac and then down
to Glenwood Ave. The actual path of the pipe system could not be verified in the field due
to the closed system and pipes crossing private property.
Basin 'B': Runoff from the proposed disturbance area of the existing site sheet flows to the
east over vegetated surfaces toward the eastern property line. Runoff appears to leave
the site over the eastern property line and is collected by a ditch/swale within the right-of-
way of 51st PI SW. This ditch/swale directs runoff north and is collected by a culvert and
then a piped conveyance system that drains to the east for 100-feet and then turns north
and passes through private property via an 18" concrete pipe.
Seahtirst'SP 18-0727Sage 7
September 2019
