OBT-B. 10-30-15 5 • NOTICE OF BOND SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY 2IVEN that the City of Everett , Washington, proposes to issue as of December 1, 1945, its Water Revenue Refunding Bonds in the principal sum of 910,000. Said bonds will be payable from the gross revenues of the municipal water system of said City, will be in denominations of 1,000.00 each, bear interest at a rate not to exceed two and one-half Per cent per annum, payable semiannually on the 1st days of June and December of each year, and mature serially in order of their number, as follows : December 1, 1947 r91,000.00 December 1, 1952 91,000.00 December 1, 1948 91,000.00 December 1, 1953 91,000.00 December 1, 1949 91,000.00 December 1, 1954 91,000 .00 December 1, 1950 91,000.00 December 1, 1955 91,000.00 December 1, 1951 91,000.00 December 1, 1956 91,000.00 The City of Everett reserves the right to call any or all of saia bonds for payment, in inverse numerical order, on any interest payment date on and after five -Tears from the date thereof, by publication of notice of such -call in the official City newspaper, made not less than thirty days nor more than forty days prior to said call date.
