Reconcile City GIS right of way information with actual property irons or right of way <br /> monuments found to maximum extent feasible. <br /> b. Reconcile City GIS water, sewer, and drainage lines with actual point locations to <br /> maximum extent feasible. <br /> c. Notes and callouts for existing surface features shall be rotated to fit typical plan view. <br /> City will orient plan sheets based on sewer flow direction from downstream (DS)to <br /> upstream (US). Surveyor to confirm orientation before starting basemap work. <br /> d. There shall be nothing on Layer 0 and Defpoints. <br /> 4. Survey Recovery Forms for found monuments within 100 ft of project limits. <br /> Task 2300-Geotechnical Investigation <br /> Geotechnical information will be obtained to support the detailed design. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • Traffic control will be provided based on City of Everett standards. <br /> • Traffic Data will not be required for pavement thickness design,standard City design pavement <br /> sections or institutional knowledge of the existing pavement will be utilized. <br /> • City will provide applicable permits related to access points for drilling and drilling permits for <br /> borings.Jacobs and subcontractors will prepare and submit well permits as applicable to the <br /> State of Washington water resources. <br /> • City will identify/provide locations relatively close to pump test locations (stormwater basins or <br /> drainage ditches)to direct pump test groundwater flow.
