• K (9) Bottling and Capping. Bottling and capping of milk or cream shall be done at the place of pasteurization in automatic machinery approved by the department in such manner as to prevent any part of the person, clothing or foreign substance coming in contact with any surface with which milk or milk products come in contact . (10) Cooler 'hields. All open surface coolers shall be provided with tight fitting shields. (11) Cleaning and bactercidal Treatment of Containers and Equipment All milk and milk product containers and equipment, except single service containers, shall be thoroughly cleaned after each usage. All containers shall be subjected to an approved bactericidal process after each cleaning and all equip- ment immediately before each usage. d,hen empty and before returned to a producer by a milk plant each container shall be effectively cleaned and subjected to bactericidal treatment. (12) Personal Cleanliness. All persons coming in contact with milk, milk products,. containers and equipment shall wear clean outer garments and shall keep their hands clean at all times while thus engaged. (13) Storage. After bactericidal treatment all bottles, cans and other multi-use milk or milk p rcaucts containers and equipment shL11 ue stored in such a manner as to be protected from contamination. Section 3: That Ordinance No. 2440 of the City of Everett , entitled as above set forth, be , and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto a section to be known as Section 18, which section shall read as follows: Se, pion 18: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association or corporation to sell or offer for sale or have in its possession for the purpose of sale for human con- sumption, within the csity of Everett , any milk processed by a Milk Plant, as defined in Section 1, subsection s, which has not complied with the provisions of Section 17 of this Ordinance Section 4: rhis Ordinance shall take effect on September 1, 1945.
