<br />April 2022 Page 6 of 35 Jacobs Engineering Group <br /> <br />• Meetings in this task will be attended by up to 7 Consultant staff. Labor effort will include 4 <br />hours per person per meeting for periodic review workshops and 6 hours per technical <br />coordination meetings for preparation, attendance, and summary activities. <br /> <br />Activities: <br />Client Meetings. The Consultant will prepare for and attend technical coordination meetings with the <br />City during the detailed design activities. The Consultant will prepare for and attend workshops to <br />review the design progress, receive feedback, and provide responses. The Consultant will prepare and <br />distribute meeting summaries. Budget for this task is based on two-hour meetings to discuss design <br />issues and design review comments. <br /> <br />Outside Agencies. Meetings with outside agencies (utilities or regulatory), as requested by the City, will <br />be covered under Task 2900, Supplemental Services. However, this does not include meetings with <br />utilities to gather “as-built” information and utility design criteria, which will be covered under design <br />tasks. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />1. Design Meeting agendas and meeting notes – electronic files (PDF). <br /> <br />Task 2200 – Survey & Mapping Services <br />This task covers detailed engineering survey for the approximately 3.5 acre CSO storage site adjacent to <br />36th Street, refer to Exhibit Map 1, and approximately 1,500 lineal foot pipeline corridor along Pacific <br />Ave, refer to Exhibit Map 2. Jacobs intends to contract with Metron and Associates, Inc (Subconsultant) <br />to perform field survey activities. <br />
